E-commerce Specialist 电商专员



1. Responsible for appointed category sales target for direct store in e-commence platform (Tmall flagship store/China Merchant Bank flagship store and new online store in other 3rd party e-commerce platform); running day-to-day store operations as coordinator between relevant internal departments and merchandiser of e-commence platform;

2. Create and communicate detailed implementation schedules to cross functional partners and see through to on-time launch;

3. Plan and Execute promotion campaigns including model mix plan, creative development, marketing execution as Tmall flagship store manager;

4. Work closely with call center team to guide them to achieve sales tgt/others KPI, and improve operation/sales talk;

5. Product information Management and optimize webpage contents;

-Make sure all images/feature materials be ready for new launching;

-According to promotion plan to optimize online store “display” delivery;

-Check if agency update product information/ image, etc. on time;

6. Customer relationship establishment and management;

-Utilize CRM software to make customer analyze (including shopping experience, behavior, etc.)

-Initiate retention sales for customer, increase old customer sales conversion

7. Sales analyze and control

-Check sell record and daily stock , helps replenishment;

- Weekly/Monthly sales report; -Promotion budget control and ROI management

8. Keep regular & smoothly communication with salesman of platform



1. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and achieve results with e-commerce platform operator and internal stakeholders;

2. Experience with ecommerce workflow at least 1 year;

3. Detailed-oriented, experience in project management;

4. Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; Fluency in Chinese, and intermediate English;

5. Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting.
